Do you have a short holiday? Do you think it is not possible to experience many exotic moments within one week? Not with us.

For this tour we have chosen the most exotic and authentic parts of Morocco which will quickly make you forget about your work and duties back home.

In Marrakech we will dive into the traditional souks and see how the old loomers work the same way as their fathers did. We will admire old palaces, shop in the market and learn to cook traditional Marrakech dish “tanjia” – a stew of meat and vegetable cooked slowly in the old hammam.

In the next days we cross the overwhelming range of High Atlas Mountains and arrive in the Mountains of Saghro, the land of the fiery Berber tribe Ait Atta. Walking between the bare mountains and rocks we will marvel how much extraordinary beauty this moon landscapes emanates. The area is one of the most unexplored in Morocco, the culture one of the most authentic due to the hard living conditions and we will be in the middle – thanks to our wonderful local hosts created themselves a small paradise on earth

Driving more to the Southeast and suddenly an enormous sand box appears in front of us - these are the dunes of Erg Chebbi and the friendly Tuareg brothers are already sweeting the mint tea to welcome us in their auberge/ house. Having exchanged all the necessary courtesies which can take in Morocco almost an hour we meet our camels and start our adventure in the dunes. Can you imagine a night in the desert? Thousands of stars and the milky way so clear as nowhere else. Bum, bum, bum.. is the slight heartbeat from the other camps and our guides take their drums and start to drum a response that echoes far.

Waking up at sunrise, we hike through the reddish and yellow shadows of the Sahara sand. Everything in Sahara is slow – our movement, the time and the hike in the sand has almost something meditative. Today do not expect a restaurant at lunch. Our Tuareg guide will dig a hole in the warm sand and inside prepare a typical desert dish Medfuna – a Tuareg pizza filled with vegetable, meat and spices. What? Really?! You see a tent in distance? This is not a fata morgana: a nomad family probably lives there. As desert caravans do, we will also visit them and sip a glass of tea with them.

Imagine a 400m high rock walls gripping everything around – we have arrived at our next stop: the limestone canyon Todgra Gorge. Here in the oasis of Todgra an eco & nature initiative was started by local youth and with them we set off into the green palmerie. But as the wife of our host is already preparing for us mountains of couscous, we make our way back.

For centuries caravans used to pass through Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most stunning Moroccan kasbahs listed as UNESCO heritage, and so will we. Observing the sunset over the river of Ounila and driving at the old shabby caravan route in the Ounila Valley is memorable and will be just a cherry on your Moroccan cake before you say farewell to this wonderful country of smiling people, clear sky and thousands of flavours.

How is it to travel with us? We avoid crowded tourist hotels and places and instead pick small local enterprises and people who have genuine interest and love for their environment and are very happy to share it with us. We know our partners since a long time and in the meantime a trust between each other has been created. Our partners value cooperation with us and we can rely that the services is perfect. Tasty and diverse dishes are prepared maintaining all hygienic standards and your accommodation will be always clean with authentically designed interiors.

Contact with locals is important to us.  We are not scared to stop and have a tea with nomad family or play with school kids during their school break. This is possible thanks to our small groups of maximal 8 travellers. We organise small private groups of same minded people instead off a stereotyped bus full off tourist.

Whom will you meet travelling with us? The other travellers are like you: interested in an off the beaten track experiences and open for different cultures. They usually travel alone or maximally with one or two other friends and are interested on a friendly atmosphere in our group. English is our main language of communication but of course all other languages are welcome too. Tereza, one of the owners of the company, will spend the entire time with you and will be your first contact for everything. Next to her you will meet many other local guides who will show you the best places of their region.

Does it all sound like vacation for you? Hurray!!! Drop us an email or a message with few lines about you and we will come back to you.
