DAY TRIP TO THE  TOUBKAL VALLEY AND TO THE BERBER VILLAGES 

Do you have only a short time but are still keen to explore High Atlas Mountains area?
Our short excursion in Toubkal Valley makes it possible.

DEPENDING ON YOUR PREFERENCES YOU MIGHT CHOOSE BETWEEN FOLLOWING OPTIONS

  • An easy walk around Imlil/ Aremd villages & a visit to the local waterfall. This is a great alternative for tourists who do not want to walk to far but still want to experience beautiful scenery and Berber way of life.

  • A medium level hike towards Sidi Chamharouch- a holy place on the way to Toubkal

  • A medium level hike to the Tizi n´Tamatert to admire beautiful views over Imenane Valley.

 

Program of the day:

​

Around 9am. you will be picked up by our driver from your hotel in Marrakech. On the drive to Imlil you will have chance to stop to take photographs and, if it is market day, to visit a local market.

​

On arrival in Imlil we have introductions and welcome mint tea with your guide who will also explain the tour options.

Depending on the program you will visit a traditional Berber house or a local Berber family in Aremd

​

Lunch (salad, main course, pastry) will be served in a guesthouse or refuge in the Aremd area.
